JIVA Chem
We are in the process of developing a new application for JIVA. Syzygyx, Incorporated is doing research that requires the identification of substructural “functional groups” within a given compound.
The application, tentatively referred to at Syzygyx as “JIVA Chem,” will be given a compound database along with a specific compound C, and will have to cross check the specific compound across every other entry in the database, compiling a list of all of the compounds containing C.
I will be doing the bulk of the work on this project, and the management at Syzygyx has graciously agreed to allow me to journal my progress on the assignment in this blog.
