Update

It’s been a pretty interesting day today. To start, we got the slashdotting of a lifetime, which added considerable excitement around the shop.

We’re trying to do a little final quality assurance on the Pulse Gateway. Ideally we’ll have builds posted tonight along with some short documentation on how to set this up and use it.

We’re going to post the source code as well, but honestly, I’d just avoid it for a couple of days until we get some issues resolved. The problems are mostly on the OS X build side. More than anything we just need to get some file names consistent between OS X and Linux and document the build process a bit.

For instance, DON’T do ‘make install’ right now. This build is designed to produce an installer, not deploy the build to the local machine.

More on this later.
