IMP at PAX
We took a field trip to PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) last Saturday and made some great contacts!
Adrift in a sea of our fellow geeks, and soaked in gamma rays from 1000 screens simultaneously offering juicy footage and gameplay from all the hottest new video games, we set forth to spread the word on IMP. It was tough to command the attention of potential unpublished sci fi writers, animators and filmmakers when scantily clad women danced about an arena twirling bladed chains on the screens ahead; but with hope some of you fine folks heard the call and made it to the site to check things out and post your content!
We’re looking forward to talking further with the Rock Band and Jam Session crews (if you have not seen jam session, check it out here: or here.) Cool ideas were exchanged. Also, we eagerly await our Nerd Core contacts for some great new tunes on the site.
