As a show of appreciation to all the people that have supported Mentat, we have decided to provide our Mentat Personal users with 4 additional projects, which can by accessed by going to http://gomentat.com/home/index and clicking on the ‘Create New Project’ button.

Users requiring more than 5 projects can upgrade to Mentat Professional, which has no cap on the number of projects allowed (I myself have about 17 projects right now) or Mentat Teams, which provides unlimited projects and collaboration tools.

Finally, check out Mentat’s Jott integration if you haven’t already.  You can use this service to create new tasks on your phone via a *voice call* while you’re on the go by speed dialing their number (1-866-JOTT123) saying the name of the project you want to add the task to, waiting for confirmation, and then dictating the task or note summary.  The new item will appear in your project within about five minutes.
