We have had many customers who have found setting up Pulse to be a breeze. For most people, the product 'just works' and they are happily surfing the internet with their Blackberry's. This comprises the majority of people who download our product and we are very happy that the product suits their needs.
However, because of several issues RIM has introduced into their operating system and propriety software, some people will find Pulse performance to be unsatisfactory. These problems are completely out of our hands and though we'd like to find a solution quickly, we are at the mercy of RIM.

1. Before you buy Pulse, please be absolutely sure that the product works for you. We WILL NOT be able to refund your purchase. We offer the free trial so that our customers can confirm the product works for their phone before buying. If you run out of free trials please contact us
2. At this point we only support BlackBerry 8700 class devices, including the 8700g, 8700c, and 8703e. We do not support the 8800, the Pearl, or the Curve at this time.
